I'm under-whelmed by the lack of design innovation. This looks like a mini iPhone with a strap. Not ugly, but not pretty. Potentially interesting functionality, but the likely short battery life and need to pair to a iPhone 6 is a buzz kill. Next...

I have used Uber in London, New York, Singapore and other cities. I can state emphatically that it is a far superior customer experience, and I always inquire with the drivers about their end of the deal and always get a favorable response. I can imagine that there's some friction as this is a new model, but seems to be headed the right way.

I really have to applaud TMO for having the stones to make a concerted run at the competition, especially with such a consumer oriented move. I hope this emboldens other companies to embrace their customers.

The US Government has allowed if not fostered a duopoly of ATT and VZW that has stifled competition and made it open season on the consumer. The prices we're paying to use the air waves that belong to us all are shocking. Maximizing profits at the expense of unwitting customers amounts to greed.
